Genoa is becoming over the years, rightly, a city increasingly appreciated from the tourist point of view.

Accomplice of this lucky wave is certainly a more important promotion of the territory that is being made lately but it is beyond doubt that the largest number of visitors coming from cruise ships.

Just do a small survey on the ASCOM site to see that the number of ships landing on Genoa is almost one per day (28 arrive only in April!)

The convenience of choosing a cruise is many, although often, some activities are perceived in a very binding way by passengers causing the famous debate “cruise, yes or no?”

Entrusting own crocieristi to a local partner allows to create for each group an ad hoc service based on the desires and the different necessities of each, designing to measure the precise activities to be carried out during the day.

Genoa is a stage of different ship routes and therefore, for the usual croceristi, it can become something already seen, without having however perceived its real beauty.

It is therefore possible to diversify the experiences according to season, climate and activities.

A well-built partnership between the shipping companies and local expert excellence allows the company itself to offer its customers an infinite number of diversified experiences differentiating themselves thus from the most touristic routes privileging the uniqueness of the service offered.

2019 is undoubtedly a record year for the arrivals of cruise ships and we have had excellent experiences with groups that have chosen to rely on us to choose different excursions and studied without the stress of an organization do it yourself and without the obvious risks that This may lead… It is known, at the scheduled time, the ship sails and you must already be on board.

Our recent experience was with a group of 250 guests from the East who were traveling to a corporate convention.

Such a high number can be frightening but with 5 well-organized buses the guests were able to visit Genoa from above, take a walk in the historic center among the first rays of spring sun and was organized, exclusively for them a vegetable pies, panissa and cuculli in the wonderful Diocesan Museum where the managing director gave a speech in an exceptional setting.

The next crocieristi will be 135 English that they have preferred to opt for a trip in the Tigullio, will be transferred with guides and coaches reserved to Santa Margherita where they will embark for Portofino, a typical lunch in piazzetta, short stop in Camogli on the return and will be punctual to boarding.

So a group of 100 Swedish bakers interested in discovering the secrets of the Genoese focaccia and eager to taste the famous wines of lower Piedmont. We will offer them a day of tasting in the spectacular setting of the Castle of Grillando and a typical light lunch view vineyards, we look forward to amaze them.

It is also very interesting for us to note the differences between the requests of the various travellers, as the groups that face a cruise today are anyway more informed, know what awaits them in the various stages and try to rely on competent tour operators without being transported as passive spectators, as in the collective imagination of the 90s, but becoming guests who can choose.

Also based on the origin of the various travelers our region offers truly diverse experiences, who prefers to dive into the history of the city, who takes the opportunity to visit the famous cinque terre, who wants to spend a few hours in the characteristic piazzetta of Portofino.

By providing a travel agency with the shipping companies, they are able to offer their guests a complete and professional service, having at their disposal and offering a team of professionals, profound connoisseurs of the places and possibilities of a territory sometimes difficult but rich in treasures.
